Terms & Conditions and Refund Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Cambodia Golf Deal, an online golf platform fully owned and operated by Green Vacation Co., Ltd. We aim to make your golf booking experience simple and hassle-free. We understand that travel plans can change, so we have established the following cancellation and refund policy for golf reservations.

 

1. Tee-Time Cancellation

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the cancellation policy of the specific golf course and the booking conditions displayed at the time of reservation.

Unless otherwise stated on your booking confirmation:

  • More than 7 days before the scheduled tee time: A full refund may be provided, less any applicable processing or administrative fees.
  • 5–7 days before the scheduled tee time: A partial refund may be provided, depending on the golf course’s cancellation policy.
  • Less than 4 days before the scheduled tee time: The booking is non-refundable.
  • No-show: No refund will be provided if the golfer does not arrive for the confirmed tee time.

The specific cancellation terms applicable to your booking will always be stated in your booking confirmation.

 

2. Changes to Your Booking

Requests to change the date, tee time, number of golfers, or golf course must be submitted as early as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability and the golf course’s terms and conditions. Additional charges may apply if the new booking has a higher rate.

 

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive at the golf course for your confirmed tee time without prior notice, the booking will generally be considered a no-show and will be non-refundable.

If you are delayed due to transportation or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us immediately so that we can communicate with the golf course on your behalf.

 

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed back to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank, credit card company, payment provider, or international transfer system, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Any payment processing fees, bank charges, or transaction fees that are non-refundable will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

5. Refund Requests

To request a cancellation or amendment, please contact us with the following details:

  • Booking reference number
  • Customer name
  • Scheduled tee time
  • Golf course name
  • Reason for cancellation

Refund requests should be submitted via email to info@cambodiagolfdeal.com.

 

6. Corporate Identity & Commitment

Cambodia Golf Deal is a an online golf platform fully owned and operated by Green Vacation Co., Ltd.

While we always make reasonable efforts to assist our customers when plans change, tee times are booked with third-party golf courses. Consequently, our ability to provide refunds or changes is subject to individual golf course policies.

All transactions and payment processing on this platform are managed and billed by Green Vacation Co., Ltd. Consequently, any approved refunds will be issued directly by Green Vacation Co., Ltd. to the original payment method.

By completing a booking through Cambodia Golf Deal, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Refund Cancelation Policy.
