Vattanac Golf Resort West Course Layout
Vattanac Golf Resort – West Course is designed by Nick Faldo and managed by TROON Golf. This is the second course of the resort and opened in 2020. Buggy allowed on fairway and equipped with GPS. Similar to the first course, the West Course has an integrated cultural tributes to Cambodia’s culture, including replica of the famous Khmer historical architectural site. On the 7th hole, the West Course features a statue of the King Jayavarman VII from the Angkor Period. Other notable historical sites are the Terrace of Elephants. Six Tee boxes are available to choose for all level of golfers. From tee box to fairways, the course is using TifGrand Bermuda Grass while the Green is using Paspallum Grass. The West Course has distinctive differences from the East Course, of which are defined by narrower and more undulating fairways, a variety of unique water features and paspallum greens.
The WEST course has lights for full 18 holes night Golf experience with tee times opens from 4.30pm to 6pm.
Full facilities include one of the largest clubhouse in Cambodia is underway. The academy itself already boast an impressive restaurants, Pro Shop, automated driving range, and posh locker and shower rooms.
On the course, picturesque halfway huts with well stocked beers, food and snacks awaits for an enjoyable round of golf with your buddy at the capital city of Cambodia.
With its close distance to the airport which is just merely 30 minutes drive, it’s the perfect course to choose if you would like to tee off after you land or before your evening flight.
